Certified as an LGBTBE through the NGLCC

Atlas Lantz Studio is proud to share that we have been certified as an LGBTQ+ Business Enterprise (LGBTBE) through the National LGBTQ+ & Allied Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC).

The NGLCC's mission — to expand economic opportunities and inclusion for LGBTQ+ businesses — is not simply about certification. It is about recognition, visibility, and participation in shaping the systems that define our built environment and our global economy.

At Atlas Lantz Studio, we believe that perspective matters.

Our work is grounded in a responsibility to design with intention and long-term impact, an understanding that design operates across disciplines and without predefined limitations, a belief in shared cultural exchange and living as a global citizen, and a commitment to questioning, learning, and evolving in celebration of the differences that make us all more human.

Certification is not the goal — it is a marker of accountability.

In a global practice, leading with one's unique perspective is not optional; it is essential. The environments we create are shaped by who we are, what we value, how we connect with users' cultural and social rituals, and how the culmination of those components informs and alters the way we see the world collectively. When those perspectives are broadened, our work becomes more relevant, more resilient, and more human.
