We are an ideas-driven practice working across scales, disciplines, and geographies to shape resilient, human-centered environments for a changing world.

Atlas Lantz Studio is committed to long-term growth and professional development. Every role at the studio is paired with an articulated growth path — from Designer Level II through Senior Architect, and across Practice Leadership and Practice Growth tracks — and the studio actively supports licensure, continuing education, and the development of independent design judgment.

Our portfolios should communicate an ideas-based approach to conceptual work with direct translation into matters of context, form and geometry — and tangible conversations connecting research with design solutions that disrupt the status quo.

§ 04 — Where we work

Los Angeles, but…
maybe Highland Park, or Eagle Rock, or Pasadena, or South Pasadena.

All roles are currently 100% remote until early to mid 2027 when a physical office is established. Once the office is open, the expectation is four days a week in studio with one day remote. International travel may be required for select roles. And, a love for northeast LA.
